The most important was the staff - consistently courteous and pleasant people.

The location was stunning, a short walk to University of Mons.

The room was fabulous and offered with nice decoration, a high ceiling, a decor of church windows under a high ceiling. The staff were very good and absolutely perfect too. Its location not too far away from Doudou's Museum was great.

Had a very good stay of three nights, everything was perfect. The restaurant was very nice with top class food, we ordered first-class dishes. A safe, central heating and an electronic key card were useful. Overall the staff was excellent. The location was magnificent - ease of access to University of Mons...

There were comfy beds and central heating, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker in the economy double room. The setting was quite perfect and nice within easy reach of a contemporary museum. And I was a short walk to restaurants and bars.

We had a great time during our New Year stay. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the New Year festivities. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the shower in our room was only equipped with a curtain, which made it quite cold during our showers.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the Christmas markets. Plus, the hotel provided all the essentials I needed, including toiletries and a fridge in my room. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, continental options, and even hot cooked items. And the coffee was great too!

The only downside to my stay was the noise. My room faced the street, and I could hear traffic and people talking outside throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

The bar had amazing meals. The room was both themed and good-sized with mini fridge, a decor of church windows, as example. The location was excellent and incredible for me, in the stylish restaurant. Moreover, it was just next door to many restaurants, a 4 star establishment and the church.

Had a minor issue with the keycard, but the reception quickly fixed it. The hotel room had a difficult-to-turn-off heating system, but luckily the outside temperatures were not too hot. The room had no visible ventilation, unlike the bathroom. The hotel parking was expensive compared to the nearby parking option. The breakfast was pricey, but there was a continental option available upon request. Despite these minor drawbacks, overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The location was quiet and top - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was placed not far from a railway station. The room was nicely furnished and stylish, included with bath tub, comfortable bed, extremely high windows.

I recently stayed at Martin's and was blown away by the stunning conversion of the old church into a hotel. The combination of the interior design and modern decorations created a truly unique and artistic atmosphere. The rooms were also beautifully decorated, each with its own theme, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the lighting in the rooms was poor, with only one side of the double bed having a reading light.

The location is incredible, just a short stroll away from Grand Place. It's in a very comfortable building in the very quite area.
